moved marker text edit area to top

added cue_select(), fixed bug with regions drawing incorrectly on first index, hue for new regions, intial work on localstorage, sf loading displays percent, added save button

changed some naming, added loopstate experiment, removed clutter, added region generation routine,  add_region_at_time(), reset marker view upon init, fixed a style issue with time display, added clear_markers function

cleaned up regionprop and editmarker sections, added time display, user can now update previously existing marker content

num_regions is handled more elegantly
